Dear Shareholders, Please read the following critical information affecting LDWA.

On June 30, 2016, Leeds Town Mayor Wayne Peterson & Silver Pointe Estates (SPE) recorded 3 documents with Washington County, UT, that directly involve LDWA as the designated Water Provider to the Development, and did so without LDWA's knowledge, review, approvals and certifications that are set forth by the Division of Drinking Water & Dept. of Environmental Quality (DDW/DEQ)

without LDWA's knowledge, review, approvals or certifications that are set forth in the Town's Land Use Ordinances & the 2008 Agreement between the Town of Leeds & the Silver Pointe Estates Development.

Importantly, the Division of Drinking Water & the Dept of Environmental Quality (DDW/DEQ) recognize LDWA as the Water Provider for this development and all of the recorded documents impose restrictions & limitations on where and how LDWA is to provide water.
